Introducción:
GD HUMAN CAPITAL is looking for a CREDIT & COLLECTORS REPRESENTATIVE (GERMAN NATIVE) for a telecommunications multinational company.

The primary CREDIT & COLLECTORS REPRESENTATIVE role is responsible for the cash collection activities and management for a defined portfolio of customers.
Funciones:
Key accountabilities:

Manage the cash collection and account reconciliation of a selection of debtors, contacting customers as directed by automated workflow.
Responsible for resolution of unallocated cash & credit requiring account reconciliation and/or customer contact.
To work closely and provide support to our centralized functions i.e. cash apps; disputes.
Attend monthly reviews and prepare business metrics for review with SSC line management and finance contacts.
Comply with Service Levels (SLA's) & manage own performance to improve/stabilize KPI's.
Cover/Back up for peers.
Compliance with the current process design and specifications, process excellence and data quality principles.
Initiate improvements to policy and process.

Requirements:

Experience of Cash Collection / Shared Service experience / suitable equivalent customer service.
Use of Collection software i.e. software driving automated workflow and tasks.
Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Presentation, etc).
Good knowledge of Financial and business acumen.
Customer account reconciliation skills.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Results & Customer focused.
Computer literate with knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar.
Native Level of German and Swiss German, both written and spoken.
Fluent in English.
