Start by slowly driving your tractor over the area you're trying to level. As you drive, the blade of the land plane will remove any high spots, and fill any low spots.

Maintaining your land plane is easy. Just inspect it regularly for any wear or damage. If the blades are dull, sharpen or replace as needed. You should also lubricate the moving parts regularly.
