PS5 / VR 2 in a Stick Coming
https://www.eurogamer.net/playstation...
Sony has certified a PlayStation VR2 PC adapter in South Korea, as the company readies its plans to make its latest VR headset compatible with computers.
The gadget was approved by South Korea at the end of March for use in the country. As yet, however, Sony is yet to announce it publicly.
A report on the device by UploadVR speculates that the gizmo will allow the headset to simply plug into your PC via the adapter device.
The news that PlayStation is planning to roll out PSVR2 support on PCs comes as no surprise, as Sony quietly confirmed it was "currently testing" the idea back in February.
Details remain thin on the ground, however - without a firm confirmation of when the support will come or how exactly it will work. But the date of the adapter's South Korean filing suggests we will now hear something soon.
For its part, Sony has said it was working on PC support for PSVR2 so owners gain "access to additional games on PC to offer even more game variety in addition to the PS VR2 titles available through PS5".
PS5 is PS2 official - games announced

The game’s joining the service are Tomb Raider Legend, Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus.
These will be available from 11 June onwards for all users subscribed to PlayStation Plus Premium.
It’s not a bad line-up, and Sly Cooper is definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already, but three additional games probably isn’t worth the price of Premium… yet.
But the best news is that all of these titles will leverage a new emulator, which will incorporate up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters. This should bring some serious quality of life value to all three of these titles, and presumably many more will follow as Sony kicks this initiative into gear.
Ubisoft Hands Sony a CoD Killer

According to Insider Gaming — who consistently get the scoop on Ubisoft's inner workings — the free-to-play shooter has already racked up 8 million unique users. And while that isn't a perfect metric for gauging a game's overall popularity — trying the game just once would still count towards the total — it does suggest that XDefiant has a fairly wide reach.
The report goes on to say that Ubisoft's internal target was to hit 5 million unique users in the title's first month — but it's obviously managed to smash that goal. What's more, XDefiant apparently peaked at around 700,000 players just this week.
So, plenty of people are giving XDefiant a shot, but as always, we'll have to wait and see how things hold up. Releasing a live service game is one thing — but keeping it healthy is another task entirely.
