Ingredients:
15 Oz black beans, canned low sodium
1 large egg
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
2 Tb onion powder
1 Tb smoked paprika
1 Tb cumin
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce

Nutritional info
This recipe is low in sodium … recommended limit daily amounts is 1,500 mg

Potassium … if you are on hemodialysis daily recommend limit amount is 2000 mg and if you are on short daily dialysis recommended limit amount is 3,500 mg

Phosphorus… if on dialysis limit daily amount is 1,000 mg

Protein … if you have kidney disease but not on dialysis , you can benefit from lowering your protein but check with your doctor
