In this video, I’m going to show you how easy it is to find good wholesale real estate deals by driving around in your car. Using this free app, makes it really easy to drive for dollars.

Once a deal hits the market, it has already had a ton of eyes on it and is not as valuable as an off-market property. For this reason, it’s really important to find deals that not everyone has seen and that haven’t been made tons of offers on already.

Off-market properties also have to be a good deal. The best way to know if a property is a good deal is by looking at comparable properties. Comparable properties are similar in size, square footage, style, and location. Using the sale prices of those homes, gives you a better idea of what your ARV is. The ARV or After Repair Value is value of the home once repaired and renovated and up to date on current market standards for 2020. Now that you know what the home is worth, you know what price you should be buying a similar home at to make it a good deal.

When you download this app, you will go on a drive and look for homes that seem distressed. A distressed property can be a house with overgrown weeds, a house that looks empty, a house that is fire-damaged, boarded up, etc. Once you add the properties to your app, you can market to these specific homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their property at a slight discount. From there, driving for dollars becomes a numbers game. After enough properties are in your app and enough offers are made, you will eventually find a seller that agrees to a price that works with your numbers…. Basically you have then locked up a wholesale deal!

You can also just input the properties into your app, skip the marketing, and sell these properties as leads to other wholesalers or investors. Driving for dollars has a TON of potential to make you money in multiple different ways! The best part is that you can do it from the comfort of your car and only need one app to do everything. Driving for dollars is a great marketing strategy to find good off market real estate wholesale deals that can make you a lot of money.
