The IR-CLEAN® system is a technology for the decontamination of rPET flakes for food packaging and meets the criteria and limits of the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) and EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) for 100% recycled content in direct food contact.
It offers a cost-effective and efficient solution for the direct processing of post-consumer PET flakes without vacuum technology and is suitable as a retrofit solution for existing extrusion lines.
