Описание: The moment every Wrexham supporter has been waiting for is almost here. After months of groundworks, piling, rebar cages and concrete pours, the structural steel for the new Wrexham AFC Kop Stand is expected to arrive between the end of March and early April. When that metalwork starts appearing on site, the project will move into a completely new phase as the skeleton of the stand finally begins to rise above the stadium.

In this video I walk through the latest Kop construction progress at the Racecourse Ground, explain what happens next, and talk about how the build will change once the steel frame goes up. Up to now we have been watching foundations, pile caps, ground beams and basement slab work take shape, but the arrival of the steel will be the moment when fans can truly see the new Kop becoming a reality.

I also reflect on the incredible journey of documenting this build almost daily. The Wrexham AFC Kop redevelopment under Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney has been one of the most fascinating stadium projects in British football, and filming it from the early groundwork stages right through to the rise of the structure has been a huge commitment. Once the frame is up and construction moves largely inside the stand, the visible progress will slow down from the outside, but there will still be major moments to capture including the steel frame installation, brickwork, cladding and final stadium transformation.

The new Kop will completely reshape the historic Racecourse Ground, creating a modern stand for thousands of supporters and marking another major step in the club’s remarkable rise under Hollywood ownership.
