Today I share a quick and easy Garlic Noodles with Broccoli recipe 🧄🍜 This simple recipe is packed with flavor, comes together fast, and is perfect for a cozy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
1 shallot
3 garlic cloves
30g (1 oz) coriander
5 stems of bimi
1 lime
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp curry powder
180g (6 oz) Udon noodles
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
Olive oil
