In today's video, we're harvesting (almost) all of the pepper varieties that we grew this year, over 35 different varieties! Most of our peppers are spicy, with a few non-spicy types mixed in.

This year's spread was very special to watch grow, and now that the peppers are ripening, we're having a lot of fun harvesting and tasting them. We'll be in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and ways to use fresh peppers.
