The rotary RP series feeders feature 360° rotating arms with articulating suction cups, enabling millisecond product attach and release for high-speed feeding. The highly adjustable modular components enable handling of varying product sizes and adjustable pick up and drop off points with quick changeovers. Products such as cards, leaflets, sachets, rigid windows, and DVDs which are a challenge for typical belt driven feeders are a natural fit for the RP series rotary pick and place feeder. The High-Speed RP (Rotary Pick and Place) is demonstrating picking Sachet at speed from 60 ppm to 480 ppm (Products per minute).
