Ingredients:

Gram flour (besan) – 100 grams
Semolina (suji) – 1½ tablespoons
Pure ghee – 100 grams
Sugar – 100 grams
Full-fat milk – 200 ml
Dry fruits – as per your choice

Method:

Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and add the dry fruits. Fry them for about 2 minutes, then remove and set aside. In the same pan, add another 2 tablespoons of ghee, followed by gram flour and semolina. Roast the mixture on low heat for about 5 minutes until it becomes aromatic and the moisture reduces. Add sugar and mix well. Now pour in the milk and cook for 7–8 minutes, stirring continuously. Now add remaining ghee in it,When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan and ghee is released, add the fried dry fruits. Your winter special halwa is ready to serve.
