This delicious little christmas cake combines three yummy components: A poppy seed flan case, a juicy plums fruit layer and a tasty punch cream. If you want you can substitute punch with glogg or fruit juice.

Recipe:

Poppy seeds batter (for Ø 7 inch/18 cm)
---------------------------
1/3 cup (75 g) soft butter
1/4 cup (60 g) sugar
1 tbsp vanilla flavored sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup (60 g) cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch cinnamon
1/5 cup (25 g) poppy seeds
Baking:
-------------------
Ø 7 inch (18cm),
lay in baking paper,
preheated, 356°F/180°C
bake about 30 minutes,
then let cool down.
Frosting:
-------------------
1 cup (200 g) halfed plums
1/2 cup (125 ml) plums juice
2 tsp sugar
1/2 pack fruit tart glaze
3 leaves gelatin
1/2 cup (125 ml) punch
1 cup (200 g) whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar,
1 pinch cinnamon
Finishing:
-------------------
1/3 cup (60 g) chocolate chips,
1 tbsp cooking oil,
spread on baking paper,
let dry, cut stars
