I have also covered these topics in this video. Apart from this I have explained the harmful effects of sugar in kids later on in their life.
My few advises to all parents:-
NO FORCEFUL FEEDING TO BABY
ALWAYS OFFER NUTRITIOUS FOOD TO BABY
NO ADDED SUGAR AND SALT UPTO FIRST BIRTHDAY
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE GOOD FOR BABY
DON’T MAKE DINNING TABLE A FIELD OF BATTLE 😊
