Legal name fraud: A calll to vital records.

Описание: This call was made to the legal fiction known as vital records as it relate to another legal fiction Georgia in the morning 7/13/2015.

The legal name fraud requires a living being to fraudulently claim a legal name on a legal birth record. It is illegal to claim or use a legal name because that living being is:

1. not a signatory (legal or otherwise) to the legal birth/berth record which evidences the creation of the legal name.

2. not the author of the legal birth/berth record thus not the author of the legal name.

3. not legally (and expressly) authorized to use the COPY of the legal birth/berth record known to most as the "birth certificate".

4. not willing to commit fraud by being a third party interloper involving itself with a legal birth certificate and legal name that it did not create, agree to, or consent to.

Please note that this fraud can only be perpetuated by those willing to act an illegal third party interloper. If only the baby could claim the bc (at a later date) then it would not be possible because that baby (now grown) could not be seen by legal due to not being able to get legal ID. Therefore, the family members are encouraged, by agents associated with vital records, to use their legal ID to get a legal birth certificate for the baby (now grown). Fraud on top of fraud on top of fraud.

I have now demonstrated to the world that one can not get a legal birth certificate without agreeing to illegally assume (or have a family member do same) a legal interest in the legal birth record of which one has no legal interest whatsoever.

The birth certificate is a legal fraud. However, it is you the living being that must join yourself to the legal name by means of illegal interloper. It is all up to you and no one else. Your choose to be a legal name fraudster...or not.
