I have been taking care of this drain for the past 3 years unclogging it about every month about and lack of inspection caused this thing to finally break down and I hope they do something. Sinkhole waiting to happen, the hill is hollowing out and flowing out of the pip as mud. DOT said they will not fix it until it fails. (Not enough funding)Now the pipe "may" open up again making the drain work again or it will flood the area, I warned them months ago and It's happening. I am 100% sure there is a sinkhole under that road waiting for it's moment and the dpw agreed with me and explained why their is not enough money to inspect and fix this stiff until it fails. Nobody cares about the safety of that road, I did everything I could, This may take years or hours but someday. Best case it floods the road prompting them to get out there
