This morning, the SC Supreme Court has decided to reverse its decision to not broadcast this hearing, not allow cameras and not recording devices.

This initial prohibition was highly unusual according to sources.

Thankfully transparency ruled the day and the SC Supreme Court ultimately allowed the stream of the broadcast.

Convicted murderer Jeroid Price was released 16 years before his mandatory 30 sentence was served after a shocking and SECRET order from Judge Casey Manning set him free. This order was the handiwork of Solicitor Byron Gipson and Price's attorney Todd Rutherford. This Supreme Court hearing was scheduled to hear arguments from Price's attorney and lawyer legislator Todd Rutherford and SC Attorney General Alan Wilson.
