This mission is a fairly tricky one that relies a lot on rng. Getting the engineer over to your base to the right seems to be a lot of luck no matter how you do it. Getting an engineer into the enemy base isn't easy either, but it is required for an intel. The biggest problem here is actually ending the mission without getting stuck behind a ton of dialogue. I've had to wait 20 seconds after capturing the final objective for the mission to start ending several times in practise because of all the bonus objectives and dialogues stacking. The fastest strategy I found was waiting until all of the objectives complete before sending your commando in to rescue the snipers, as the snipers seem to waste a lot of time. They do seem to finish much faster once everything else is cleared up. This probably still has some more time save, and will have to be slowed down a lot in a full run. I'll need to make sure the commando survives in a run, as if he survives in Stuttgart and Cologne, you get him for free at the start, of Berne, saving a lot of time.
