Tulitikku askikin oli hajonnut taskuun, mutta onnekseni se ei ollut kastunut! Nuotion tekemiseen pitää olla aina maanomistajan lupa. Lapissa on ‪@Metsahallitus‬ antanut luvan tehdä nuotion maapuista omille maa-alueille. Muista varmistaa kesä aikaan metsäpalovaroitukset!

After a little practice, it worked. The most important thing in lighting a campfire is to make enough embers and look for tar wood. The box of matches had also fallen apart in my pocket, but luckily it hadn't gotten wet! You must always have the landowner's permission to make a campfire. In Lapland, ‪@Metsahallitus‬ has given permission to make a bonfire from native trees on their own land. Remember to check for forest fire warnings during the summer!
