Overview of all abilities of the new hero:

🔥 Catchy Lick:
Using his prehensile tongue, the hero pulls the target slightly towards him and applies a normal dispel on them, also dealing damage if they are enemies.

Dispelling at least one effect on the target temporarily increases the user's health regeneration.

🔥 Frogstomp:
The hero throws frogs at the target area, slowing the movement of enemies within it and stomping every 1 second, briefly stunning and damaging them.

🔥 Croak of Genius:
The hero plays a melody to an ally, causing all items and abilities to consume less mana, and a portion of the damage dealt by spells to echo for 5 seconds. When the target spends mana, the effect of the melody is reduced by 0.5 seconds.

🔥 Amphibian Rhapsody — an ultimate with switchable stances:
The hero begins a performance: they lose the ability to attack, and their other abilities are replaced with three songs that only function when in rhythm.

Hitting the rhythm grants the hero one stacking Groove effect, while missing it removes it. Each stack increases the wearer's armor and reduces the mana cost of songs. If the performance ends, the entire Groove effect disappears after a short delay.

🟢Bullbelly Blitz:
The hero plays a song that adds magic damage to allied heroes' attacks and increases the damage of their spells.

🟢Hotfeet Hustle:
The hero plays a song that increases the movement speed of allies and briefly grants them resistance to slows.

🟢Island Elixir:
The hero plays a song that heals nearby allied heroes.
