How To Make Bajra Flour At Home | Bajra Ka Aata | Savithri's Kitchen
Ingredients:
Bajra/ Pearl Millet - 500 gm
Method:
Sun dry Bajra in your balcony for a few days. No need for scorching heat/ Sun. Even if Sun comes out for a day or two during rainy season, keep the Bajra out in the balcony or window for a few hours and that should be good. Grind Bajra in a grinder till it becomes a smooth powder. Give a few breaks in between so the mixer/ grinder does not become very hot. Sieve the Bajra flour through a fine sieve and your Bajra flour is ready to use! Let it cool completely and store in an airtight container for longevity.
