Описание: "Taken Away" is the debut film by urban historian Christopher Brown, about the demolition of Boston's historic and culturally diverse West End neighborhood during "urban renewal" of the 1950s. This project was created as a Master's degree Capstone project and is currently on exhibit in a shortened form at Boston's West End Museum.

"Taken Away" received the Best First-Time Director award from the Berlin Indie Film Festival in 2024 and the Best First-Time Filmmaker prize from the New York Short Cinema Awards.
