Very healthy, full of protein, with dark chocolate layers on top. It's best part is no added sugar, and actually not needed to add too. Any time you get sweet craving, go for this one.
Ingredients :
50 gm Pistachios
50 gm Sunflower Seeds
50 gm Cashews
50 gm Almonds
Salt to taste
80 gm Honey (alternatively Maple Syrup can be used)
80 gm Dark Chocolate
1.5 tbs Coconut Oil (alternatively Olive Oil can be used)
Method :
Heat a pan to dry roast nuts and seeds
First roast Almonds for 2 min
Then add rest of the nuts and seeds
Dry roast on a medium heat
Transfer on a plate and let it cool down completely
Coarsely grind this mixture in a mixer jar
Transfer churned mixture in a mixing bowl
Add Salt to taste
Add 80 gm Honey (add more 10-20 gm honey if required)
Combine well with the help of spoon
Further take a baking tray
Oil greased and placed a parchment paper in it
Put mixture on it, flatten it making a thick layer
Refrigerate for 5-10 min to set
Melt approx 80 gm Dark Chocolate in a bowl
Add 1.5 tbs Coconut Oil & stir well
Pour melted chocolate on nut mixture & spread it evenly
Refrigerate for 20 min
Remove from fridge and cut the bar into squares
Garnish with Sunflower Seeds
