Greek Vibes at Home: Kefalonia & Greek Food Inspired Dinner

Описание: Join me as I chat about the magic of Kefalonia, one of Greece’s most stunning islands, and reminisce about a memorable trip I took in May a few years ago.

From the crystal-clear beaches and charming villages to the mouthwatering seafood and iconic gyros, this vlog is a love letter to Greek food and travel. 🇬🇷
While daydreaming about those delicious gyros (the wrap version, of course!), I got inspired to create my own Greek-style vegetarian twist at home. Using halloumi cheese, fresh veggies, and soft tortilla wraps, I whipped up an easy and flavourful gyros vibe dish that anyone could try! 🌯

I pan grilled the courgettes and halloumi, cut the potatoes small so they fried quickly and whipped up a cheats greek salad with tomatoes, jarred roasted peppers, red onions and capers … and some extra halloumi cheese because I didn’t have any feta (which is just the best!) Oh and a quick tzatziki. 😋 Happy days! 🇬🇷
