Educator Self Care Activities: Perfect for Staff PD

Описание: 🤗It’s likely that staff probably groan and sigh when they hear the words “self-care” mentioned but in this video I’m share 5 low maintenance/inexpensive activities you can do with your staff to promote self care and wellness.

By the end of this video I hope you take one of these ideas and present to your staff.

❤️I love presenting self-care bc I share things that teachers can easily do to maintain their mental and physical wellness. You have to be passionate about what you do and how you present it if you want it to be well received.

🥤Scenarios for activity 1:
Substitutes did not show up so specials are canceled
It has started to rain so no recess
You open your email and a parent has sent you a not so nice long, long, email
Your sub from yesterday let the kids have “free play” because”the teacher let’s us”
You forgot your lunch on the kitchen counter
Your class has just been quarantined so now you begin preparing virtual lessons.
