Start by boiling the pasta and add some salt to the water.
On the side, prepare the ingredients.
I’m using a bowl of frozen vegetables.
Now coarsely grind some ginger and garlic, and crush the cheese because we are making creamy white sauce pasta. Keep it aside.
Next, add some butter to a pan and sauté the vegetables for 3–4 minutes.
Once done, take the vegetables out of the pan and keep them aside.
Now in the same pan, add a little more butter and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Sauté it in butter until it turns slightly brown.
Now add milk slowly while stirring continuously so that there are no lumps.
Keep adding a little milk and keep stirring until the sauce becomes smooth.
When the sauce is ready, add the crushed cheese and mix well.
Now the sauce becomes thick, creamy, and rich.
Next, add the boiled pasta to the sauce.
Season it with black pepper, salt, and a little chili sauce.
Finally, add the sautéed vegetables and mix everything well.
And that’s it!
