How to remove broken fin tabs in a surfboard (FCS II)

This video shows the different steps on how to remove broken fin tabs in a surfboard. This video shows broken FCS II fin tabs, but the steps are similar for other fin tabs.
Step 1: remove set screws on the side, if there are any (you need a hex key)
Step 2: take a pointed thin screw and screw it into the tab
Step 3: continue tightening until you feel some tension
Step 4: pull and rotate around the pivot points (for FCS II these are located in the plug towards the nose of the board)
Remark for Futures finplugs:
the set screw is in the front of the plug (towards the nose of the board)
the pivot point is located in the plug towards the tail of the board
