1. how you select people for your project?
2. What qualities would you keep on top in an employee
3. How do I pacify any conflict and how will I do it in case of conflict with my colleague
4. What I think on upcoming technologies and how they will impact near future growth of different companies.

Just a piece of advice: If you have your interview and you really want to go in the company, just show them how much you are interested in their work and goals and how you would love to be a part of it, and you can go to any extent for learning.
