You are living in many different parallel realities at the same time or simultaneously. But you are not aware of this and this is exactly why you are not seeing it or perceiving it. You can only experience or perceive one reality at a time based on what you are aware of being or having.
You are not your mind or your physical body. Your true identity is the awareness behind your mind as and your body. In other words, you are that which is aware of having your mind and your body.
So when shifting realities, it is this awareness that is being shifted to these realities. In other words, you are shifting your true self, your awareness, to whatever reality you want to experience and if you, as an awareness, remain there until you actually become aware of already being in your desired reality or already having what you want, you will shift to that reality in your physical body. The key here is to persist remaining in this new awareness or the feeling of already having what you want or being where you want to be despite what your physical senses, reason or your current reality are telling you. You want to remain there until you feel relieved that you are already there or until the feeling of your wish fulfilled possesses you and fills the mind and crowds all other ideas out of your consciousness. If you do this, your current reality will fade away and the new reality of your choice will enter your view. And the reason being is because it is your awareness or your consciousness that shifts your physical body to any particular reality.
