The government is being blamed for the severe turbulence that has hit Uganda Airlines. The concern follows the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Bamuturaki, whose failure was displayed by dozens of travellers who were recently left stranded for days following severe flight delays. Those with knowledge of the operations of the national flag carrier concur that Bamuturaki was not the right person to hold the job.
