Adam Boole is a Yorkshire based Sound Engineer who is currently mixing Front of House for Bullet For My Valentine. On this show he takes us through his show file and explains how to mix guitars for a heavy hitting metal band. He talks us through parallel compression, EQ, groups and fx. In this series he is joined by Ben Hammond FOH Engineer for Skunk Anansie who will be talking us through his showfiles later in the series. The next episode in the series take us through mixing vocals for BFMV.
Adam uses an Allen & Heath dLive as his console of choice and explains how the workflow helps to achieve his desired mix with the use of the extensive onboard dynamics and FX.
