Aphrodite's Garter: In Aphrodite's chamber, look behind the bed and you can jump up to a platform where you will find the garter. Lets you use Athena's Blades instead of Blades of the Exile.
Hera's Chalice: Activate Hera's Chalice to cause the Health Meter to slowly drain over time, never completely emptying it. Found after speaking to Hera at the entrance to the Olympic Gardens.
Hephaestus' Ring: A bulky ring marked with the recurring Omega symbol. Automatically completes most context-sensitive attacks in the game. Found near the portal to the Styx after killing Hephaestus and acquiring the Nemesis Whip.
