The strategy outlined a number of skill gaps across the health sector; This include a significant lack of management & leadership knowledge and skills. This was identified across all levels of staff, including management and supervisors. Based on research and the workforce strategy, I have developed this professional development webinar. The webinar includes lots of practical ideas and ‘How To’ methods. The purpose of the webinar is to develop and build knowledge and skills of managers and aspiring managers working across the health sector.
