This racing sailboat is LEAKING fluid

This racing sailboat is set to compete in an upcoming race, the problem is that the small inboard motor is not working. This means the boat can't move outside the marina. Our guys went to check it out and when they got there they tried to get the engine started. The engine dumped coolant fluid into the water. Can we get this boat to start in time?
