This meal can be easily converted into vegetarian dish by simply adding mushrooms instead of meat.


در این ویدیو با هم یک نسخه ساده و سریع از خورش کرفس را درست میکنیم. ترکیبی از کرفس تازه ، سبزیهای معطر و گوشت نرم که طعمی فوقالعاده پیدا میکند. نسخه وجترین را میتوانید براحتی درست کنید فقط کافیست بجای گوشت قارچ اضافه کنید.
این دستور پخت، آسان و مرحله به مرحله است تا هر کسی حتی تازه کارها بتوانند براحتی یک خورش کرفس خوش رنگ و جا افتاده اماده کنند.


Ingredients:

Serves 4-6 people

2 pounds stewing veal shank or stewing lamb
1 Large onion , pealed and chopped
1 bunch of Celery, washed & chopped
2 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup dried lime flakes or lime juice
2 tablespoons strained tomato (optional)
1 teaspoon Turmeric and paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
Boiling Water
