The High Court has annulled the appointment of 20 assistant professors at Mirza Ghalib College in Gaya, which was made four years ago in 2020. The court took serious note of the gross violation of Section 57 (B) of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976. The court cited the failure to comply with the provisions of the university act. Justice Anjani Kumar Sharan issued a 65-page order regarding this matter.

गया के मिर्जा गालिब कॉलेज के 20 असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की नियुक्ति को हाईकोर्ट ने रद्द कर दी है. यह नियुक्ति चार साल पहले 2020 में की गई थीं. न्यायालय ने बिहार राज्य विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1976 की धारा 57 (बी) के प्रावधानों के घोर उल्लंघन को गंभीरता से लिया है. कोर्ट ने विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम के प्रावधानों का पालन नहीं किए जाने का हवाला दिया है. इस मामले में 65 पृष्ठों का आदेश न्यायमूर्ति अंजनी कुमार शरण ने दिया है
