With over 20 cooking and baking courses to choose from, inspire yourself in tranquil surroundings creating superb food with fantastic chefs, and fresh ingredients. From various baking courses with Brendan Lynch and Beca Lyne-Pirkis from the BBC Great British Bake Off, to Italian courses with Sara Danesin Medio and Japanese courses with Andrew Kojima from MasterChef, you are spoilt for choice! Most of the cookery courses start at half past ten and finish at 4 giving you most of the day to really embrace the cooking and to make some marvelous dishes. The team at Seasoned already weigh out all of the ingredients to be used on the day as it gives you more time to cook. The staff will also wash up all equipment to save time and to ensure that you get the most our of you day with us.
Seasoned Cookery School work with a lot of food brands to ensure that you only use the best ingredients possible. We work with Maldon Sea Salt, Barts Spices, Wrights Flour and Kerrygold. We also work with Kenwood and Pyrex to ensure that all of our equipment is that of the highest quality.
Not only do we provide one day cookery courses, we also offer evening events with some of our expert chefs. We have an evening with Tim Maddams, former River Cottage head chef, and Claire Hutchings, previous MasterChef Professional finalist. These evenings are very popular and sell out fast due to the fantastic grazing menu's on offer.
