In April of this year I went for an Ayurvedic Yoga retreat in Goa, India.
My goal was to repair my mental health after a bit of a rough patch in my life (chronic stress, depression and anxiety). I wanted to spend one week and not too much money so India seemed like a good option.

I knew one week is not much but I was hoping for the best.
