GTA VCS Tips and Tricks: Why Vehicles Vanish from Garages (PSP Only) (Read Important Description!)

Описание: In this Video, I show the WRONG way and the RIGHT way on how to play through the game on the PSP Version of VCS while ensuring your Vehicles remain in the Garages and do not vanish!

This Garage Bug does **NOT** exist on the PS2 Version of VCS, so if you're on PS2, then don't bother worrying about anything as you will be safe! However, if you're playing the PSP Version of VCS, then you will indeed run into problems with the Garages. Luckily, there is ways to avoid it, as long as you "follow the rules" and the mechanisms of how the PSP Version is programmed.

For some reason, when you exit ANY Interior, especially one that is right next your Garage(s), your Vehicles inside the Garage will load into the game world and WILL disappear if you don't open and close the Garage BEFORE saving the game! Also, this Story Mission "Leap and Bound" as I chose to show in the Video is very deadly, as well! As you can see, from entering the Ship's Interior after passing the Mission, your Vehicles will also be loaded into the game world and unless you open and close the Garage BEFORE you save the game, they will disappear 100% of the time!

Not all Story Missions are like this. In fact, I believe "Leap and Bound" is the only issue. Though, exiting your Safehouse Interior every single time you load up your Save will HAVE TO BE DONE in order to prevent your Vehicles from vanishing. This is the case for all three Garages since you have a Safehouse Interior right next to each Garage. Though, when you exit the Interior, you only have to check the CLOSEST Garage! Not ALL of them have to be checked, but if you want to do that, go right ahead, the more safe, the better, right?

I've heard when you pass any Side Mission, your Vehicles are also loaded into the game world (the closest Garage), but I personally have not been fucked over by this. I've done Phil's Shooting Range and Races, as well as entering the Loan Shark Interior and did 15 Jobs for Loan Shark Empire and my Vehicles did NOT load into the game world. But again, to be safe, just go back to your Garage after passing a Side Mission and check your Garage, as well.

You can do multiple Story Missions in a row WITHOUT checking the Garage. This, I am sure of as I been doing it pretty much this entire "Save" I am working on right now to 100% with Special Vehicles on PPSSPP.

Also note that if you are specifically on PPSSPP and are using Save States, then this Garage Bug won't effect you as much as it would a REAL PSP Player. Why is this? Because any time you do a Save State anywhere on the Map, that's not "saving the game" and accumulating any Safehouse Visits in the Stats and you're NOT entering any Safehouse Interior to save the game, either, so therefore your Vehicles remain safe. It's like one big 20 hour chain of a playthrough when using Save States rather than playing on any real Console and NEEDING to save the game, and when you do this, THIS is where you need to be very, very careful so your Vehicles don't vanish!

Bottom line is, always open and close the Garage after loading your Save up and going to do Missions and also after passing "Leap and Bound." Keep Backups! That is Special Vehicles 101. Even with the worst kind of glitches around with Special Vehicles vanishing, you should NEVER lose a Vehicle PERMANENTLY if you have a Backup!

P.S. - I heard rumors way back in 2017 or 2018 or something how PSP Players can't keep the EC Cream-White Comet from Leap and Bound? Well...You obviously can as I shown in the Video. Just park it in a Garage after passing the Mission and leave it in memory during the Mission as I did. Can't be any more simple.
