For this project, our team completed a full commercial parking lot rehabilitation at Lowe’s in Anaheim, California. The process included milling approximately 274,415 square feet of existing asphalt 2 inches deep, hauling the material off-site, applying SS1H tack oil, and installing a new 2-inch lift of hot mix asphalt across the lot.
Once paving was complete, the team laid out and painted the striping to match the existing parking layout, delivering a smooth and durable finished surface.
