⭐食譜内的是希臘酸奶,如果用原味酸奶,可多加30g麵粉。
⭐食譜内的糖可以隨你的喜好增加或減少。
⭐香橙可選用顔色漂亮的,烤出的蛋糕也更漂亮。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在配方裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
⭐蛋糕出爐前請確定蛋糕熟透才出爐,最好的辦法是用竹簽在最厚的地方插到底,拔出來乾净就代表熟透。

⭐Before take the cake out from the oven, please make sure that the cake is cooked. The best way is to use a bamboo skewer to insert it in the thickest part, take it out, the bamboo skewer is clean, it means it is cooked.

2個香橙皮
350g(1.3杯)希臘酸奶(室溫)
220g(1杯)糖
3個大鷄蛋(室溫)
60g(4湯匙)橙汁
5g(1茶匙)香草精
2.5g(1/2茶匙)鹽
150g(0.7杯)蔬菜油
300g(2杯)中筋麵粉
12g(3茶匙)泡打粉
1個香橙(切片)
85g(1/3杯)熱水
75g(1/3杯)糖
20g(1湯匙)蜂蜜
8g(1/2湯匙)橙汁
在预热烤爐180℃/356℉烤約45分钟
Preheated oven to 180℃/356℉ to bake for about 45 minutes

Zest of two oranges
350g(1.3cups)Greek yogurt
220g(1cup)sugar
3 large eggs
4g(2/3tsp)salt
60g(4tbsps)orange juice
5g(1tsp)vanilla extract
150g(0.7cup)vegetable oil
300g(2cups) all purpose flour
12g(3tsps)baking powder
1 orange(sliced)
85g(1/3cup)hot water
75g(1/3cup)sugar
20g(1tbsp)honey
8g(1/2tbsp)orange juice
