The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China possesses the long history, profound cultural heritage and rich tourism resources. The extended grasslands, vast forests, large lakes, grand deserts, and continuous mountains collectively depict the colorful and animated scroll of Inner Mongolia. Mongolian long tune, Hoomii and Morin khuur carry the atmosphere of grassland and spread the “sound of nature” to the world. Inner Mongolia is also a paradise for delicacy. Special Mongolian delicacies such as roast whole lamb, hand-grasping mutton, various dairy food and other special catering satisfy tourists’ taste buds. China Cultural Center Berlin and the Culture and Tourism Administration of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region jointly present “Inner Mongolia, the Heaven of Delicacy” and other such series of short videos, to take the regional cuisine of Inner Mongolia as the starting point, relying on the rich historical and cultural heritage of Inner Mongolia, fully showcasing the rich natural ecology and agricultural and livestock products of Inner Mongolia, China, and comprehensively illustrating the colorful culinary culture, folk customs, and rich cultural tourism resources of Inner Mongolia.
