From eating beignets at Café Du Monde, to trying gumbo and jambalaya at Napoleon House, to discovering local favourites like District donuts and Imperial Woodpecker Snoballs, this trip completely flipped our expectations of NOLA. We even explored the city’s jazz scene on Frenchmen Street, historic markets, and a Popeyes in the original French Quarter style.
