If you can drive a car you can drive a small boat. Note a lot of those sailboat cruses can have 10-50 people. Watch a private sunset from your own boat. Load the food you actually like to eat. Drop anchor in a completely private beach or cove with no one else around. The boat folks will teach you what you need to know and give you an itinerary of where to go and what to watch out for
