CSS Battle Daily Target - The Sunset

Описание: I had some fun with this one and explored some more things. The solution is rough but has some merit if someone wanted to fix the issues with it but I am at time. I did a radial gradient for the circular part and then a border on the body and a paragraph with skew. Final character count: 246.
