All Purpose Flour - 2 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Water - ¼ cup

For Stuffing:
Coriander - Handful
Mint – Handful
Green Chili – 2 qty
Ginger - 2 inch
Water – ¼ cup
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Red Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
Dry mango powder - 1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 Tsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 Tsp
Green Peas – 1/4 Cup
Cashew – 1/4 Cup
Boiled Potato – 2 big
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
