South Sudan is facing a renewed wave of violence as clashes in Jonglei State have displaced more than 280,000 people, according to government sources.
Despite peace agreements signed in 2015, 2017 and 2018, insecurity and instability continue, leaving hundreds of thousands struggling with hunger and displacement. Children remain among the hardest hit.
