I now stick to following the ketogenic lifestyle. Both plans are amazing for different people at different lifestages and goals.
For workouts: I've completed 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, T25, & Piyo. I love being able to access all of them online in the new all access virtual gym, it makes it so much easier!
