Is surgery the right option for your guinea pig? This vlog shares my before and after experiences of a guinea pig spay surgery, including why we choose this option for our guinea pig, the cage set up after she came home from her operation and her recovery. One thing I forgot to mention! She was on medication for pain relief (metacam) and a gut stimulant. I gave these twice a day for 5 days after the operation.
