The ASL Academy is built upon serving three important entities: the child, the family, and the community. Until now, this all-encompassing school has been an unattainable dream for many teachers, parents, and children.
The ASL Academy provides an innovative, dual-language, non-institutional educational model which is inclusive of all children and respectful of the family unit. Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing students attend our program.
The ASL Academy welcomes, encourages and educates all deaf children - including those with multiple disabilities - in an accepting and compassionate environment.
Students attending the ASL Academy do not need to meet any admission or eligibility requirements and do not need to have hearing loss as their primary disability.
