Clichy-Batignolles is an urban development project of the former SNCF wastelands located north of the Batignolles district and west of the Épinettes district in Paris. It covers 54 hectares northeast of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, bounded by the ring road at the Porte de Clichy on the outskirts of the city of Clichy-la-Garenne, Avenue de Clichy, Rue Cardinet and the beam of the railway tracks of the Saint-Lazare station.
